Articles:
All articles are photographed as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, the actual product may differ in colour from the photograph. HolyWoly cannot be held responsible for any colour differences.
Orders:
HolyWoly will ship the order as soon as payment has been received. If we cannot supply the articles ordered, you will be informed of this as soon as possible.
Returns:
You have the right to return any articles within 8 days without any obligation. Any returned articles must be unused and undamaged. Shipping costs will be for your account. After the returned articles have been received and approved by HolyWoly, you will be refunded within two weeks.In case of leftover articles, you may return them, on condition they are in saleable condition (that is, they are complete, do not smell, skeins have not been rolled into balls). Shipping costs will be for your account.
Delivery:
On workdays, your order is normally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. If this is not possible, we will let you know right away.
Complaints:
In case you are not satisfied with any articles, please do not hesitate to contact HolyWoly, preferable by phone. We will do anything in our power to resolve the problem.
Privacy:
If you place an order with HolyWoly, your details will be stored in our system. We do not provide any third parties with any information that might affect your privacy.Shippingcosts:
Shipping in the Netherlands: De shippingcosts 2008 for all parcels: € 6,75 + 19% VAT = € 8,03 When you only order patterns or needles that fit in an envelope, I will adjust de shippingcosts. International shipping: If you want to know the shippingcosts outside the Netherlands, please send me an e-mail for more nformation. The total shippingcosts are also mentioned at the total price of your order.
